It’s a wrap

Swedish convenience store chain Pressbyrån has introduced new packaging for their sandwiches and wraps featuring a pared-down aesthetic and a 70s-influenced colour scheme.

Keeping things nice and simple, all sandwiches now come in paper holders, while wraps are enclosed in wholesome brown paper.

Ingredients are listed in large, bold type. Colours indicate the filling – pink for meat, red for tomato, green for salad and yellow for cheese and dressings. And pack copy is kept to a minimum with short descriptions like ‘tastes of mint’ or ‘Arabic flavours’ underneath each ingredient list.

The packaging also lists the price, the cost of adding a drink and the number of calories in the food. All information is simply displayed, perfectly fitting the tagline ‘good and energetic in a nice way’.
